43 Proposed Skyview Townhomes
behind Superfresh on 41st & Falls Road

The Skyview Townhome PUD hearing before the City Council's Land Use and Transportation Committee has been rescheduled for May 31, 2006 at 1:00pm. 

The hearing will be held in City Hall, 100 N. Holliday Street, 4th Floor Curran Room.

What is a PUD? What is the Process?

Please be aware that you must bring picture identification to enter City Hall. You will be allowed to testify during the hearing, provided that you sign-in when you arrive.

Developer proposes 43 townhomes in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that sits between Hoe's Heights and Medfield behind the SuperFresh Shopping Center on 41st St. The newly proposed entrance (ingress/egress) to the 43 townhomes will be on 43rd St. and Hickory Avenue, a block east of Falls Road in Medfield.

PUD Amendment changes the original site plan
and adds a new entrance on 43rd and Falls Road.
